Developed with Chef & International Pizza Czar Anthony Falco, Superfrico’s Italian American Psychedelic menu pays tribute to generations of Old World Italian cooks, Chef Falco’s Sicilian grandmother and great-grandmother included, by filtering a treasure trove of family heirloom recipes through a modern, globally-conscious lens.

In other words: Chef Falco takes what makes Italian American cuisine iconic, then (respectfully) chucks the rule book out the window, reimagining classic dishes with the best, most mind-blowing flavors, textures and techniques on the planet.

As far as liquid refreshment goes, leave that to our James Beard Award-winning Principal Pourer, Leo Robitschek.
